This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Furthermore, they posted in Special:Diff/1124163354/1124163425 an edit truly in bad taste. User:Infrogmation told me to bring it to an admin board - I'm asking for a REVDEL of the summary. The abuser quoted the caption of a WW1 postcard and added something own. HEIL UND SIEG und GUTE BEUTE! [this is the actual card caption] - NUR KAISERREICH 1914-1918, KEIN WEIMAR 1919-1945 [the LTA addition] translates as: Hail and victory and good catch!
